REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) – for Mangalagiri&Mulapadu
Andhra Cricket Association is pleased to invite you to participate in the RFP process for for the renovation at ACA Cricket Stadium, Mangalagiri, Guntur District & for the Selection of Contractor for construction of Cricket Academy at Mulapadu, NTR District in Andhra Pradesh.
You are requested to confirm your participation within 48 hours (2 days) from time of this tender notification. Last Date shall be on or before 05:00 PM on 01.01.2026.
As part of this landmark development, the Client intends to engage a reputed and experienced contracting firm to undertake the General Civil Contract Works for the esteemed project. Please download RFP document from the website and read through for the eligibility criteria. Interested eligible contractors may send the mails to tenders@andhracricket.com
General Instructions
- • Interested bidders are advised to visit and inspect the project site to assess location, facilities, local conditions, and all factors affecting the work.
- • Any technical queries may be addressed as per the RFP guidelines via email.
- •Any Bidder shall only participate any one of the RFP only, One single bidder can’t participate in two contracts at a time.
- •The BID Proposal shall be submitted within 3 working days from receipt of the BOQ.
- •The ACA reserves the right at its discretion to cancel or amend the tendering process at any stage without providing any reason. The selection of the successful bidder in this tender shall be carried out through a fair, transparent, and unbiased process in strict accordance with the ACA guidelines and procedures. The decision of the Tender issuing authority in this regard shall be final and binding. Any correspondence, queries, or objections challenging the selection process or the decision of the issuing authority shall not be entertained in whatsoever scenario.
